The Future of 3D Scanning
Before today, professional quality 3D scanners were expensive and bulky. That all changes now. Introducing Scandy Pro, powered by Scandy Core, a brand new hardware and software 3D scanning solution from Scandy and pmd. This new technology combo changes how you think about 3D scanning by using the pmd pico flexx time-of-flight 3D sensor. Easily create 3D meshes suitable for high-resolution 3D printing or precision CAD work.
Scandy Pro resolves your 3D data on-device in real time. This means 3D scanning an object looks more like a video instead of static images that slowly merge together. Know exactly what you’re scanning when you’re scanning it.
Scandy Pro is perfect for the entry-level 3D scanning enthusiast or as a companion piece for a $10,000 industrial-grade scanner.
Scandy Pro combines the portability of a phone with the power of a 3D scanner. Scan something as small as an action figure, and something as big as a full-sized car with Scandy Pro’s bounding box and resolution options.
Scandy Pro is now live for the Phab 2 Pro. Download today to start creating 3D scans of the objects and people in your life.

New Orleans-based Scandy is a computer vision and mobile 3D scanning company. Their mission is to develop the easiest and best way to create 3D content from a smartphone. Scandy’s first 3D scan to full-color 3D print app, which launched in March 2015, used the Structure Sensor and iPad to capture 3D scans. From there, they continued work on their depth sensing and 3D scanning technology. In June 2017, that work culminated in the release of the Scandy Pro 3D scanning app. Visit Scandy’s website for more information.
